You need a career from a credible school, a lot of experience and the level 1 of the certificate of the JLPT (http://www.jlpt.jp/e/) Japan now is focusing on recruiting more young generations of Japanese and so, you will be tested harder than the natives so you will definitely need more qualifications than a Japanese PLUS a valid Visa and it is very hard for Japanese companies to sponsor Visas for foreign professionals.
